An agency marketing manager will be accountable for promoting the company and its thought leaders.  Responsibilities include:
 
Strategy

  • Creating and executing a marketing strategy to grow the agency
  • Evaluating efforts to date and making recommendations on what to stop, start, and continue
  • Identifying new, proactive opportunities to promote the agency and its thought leaders
  • Reviewing all available marketing tactics, including content, PR, social media, email marketing, industry relations, SEO / SEM, sponsorships, advertising, etc.
Project Management

  • Running weekly agency marketing meetings
  • Reporting weekly on goals and KPIs
  • Identifying and achieving quarterly priorities
  • Coordinating with PR, SM, email, and other professionals for execution
  • Fulfilling requirements and coordinating speaking engagements
  • Managing the content calendar 
Execution

  • Overseeing all marketing tactics for the agency
  • Managing the website
  • Holding others accountable for tactics, priorities, and goals
  • Coordinating with partners and supporters
  • Filling in gaps where needed
  • Managing outsourced service providers and freelancers
  • Ensuring a steady flow of content, regular media coverage, growing social media following, engaging emails, and other tactics
  • Supporting the launch of two upcoming books
  • Supporting Social Media Day PHL
