Marketing Strategy Analyst

Position accountabilities include:


Strategy Development 

  • Participate in weekly Strategy Team* Meetings
  • Support VP of Strategy during First Cut Sessions by asking critical questions and taking thorough and complete notes
  • Lead all research that goes into client strategies, including competitive research, media audits, and data review
  • Provide inspired solutions to challenges and opportunities by educating clients on marketing communications best practices to meet their needs
  • Developing, project managing, and analysis of surveys to generate original data
  • Support other strategy development tasks as required by the VP of Strategy
  • Present client strategy presentations with the strategy and accounts team, collect feedback, and make updates


Value Reports

  • Project manage the delivery of monthly value reports for all clients
  • Oversee and finalize the development and delivery of quarterly value reports for all clients
  • Collect relevant data and project manage account execution team in order to ensure all data is current and accurate
  • Provide analysis of data and trends against client goals and “what success looks like”
  • Make recommendations in value reports where appropriate
  • Participate in value report review meetings with clients
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling through research and data analysis


Execution Support     

  • Assist execution team with campaign completion reports and end of client engagement reports
  • Provide execution and strategy teams data, insights, and analytics as needed to inform new campaigns, messages, and content


Research, Trends, and Best Practices

  • Leverage existing best practices for the benefit of clients
  • Research and evaluate new social media, email marketing, public relations, and digital marketing tools and technology as they affect our industry and our clients’ businesses
